Shipping Information

We carefully ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia) using carbon-conscious methods:

Standard Shipping (£12.95)

  • Carriers: DHL or FedEx
  • Processing time: 1-2 business days
  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Tracking: Included with all standard shipments

Free Shipping (Orders over £50)

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Processing time: 1-2 business days
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Please note that customs fees may apply for international orders, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Our Ethical Returns Process

We stand behind our organic clothing with a returns policy that aligns with our sustainability values. You have 15 days from delivery to initiate a return for most items.

Important Note on Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Organic & Recycled Socks unless they are defective or incorrect items. All other organic clothing (shorts, shirts, sweatpants, and t-shirts) may be returned within our policy period.

Simple 3-Step Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

  • Whether you prefer an exchange or refund

Step 2: Prepare Your Package

Once approved:

  • Repackage items in their original packaging (if possible)
  • Include all original tags and labels
  • Ensure items are clean and unworn
  • Print and include the return form we email you

Step 3: Ship Your Return

UK customers: We’ll provide a prepaid carbon-neutral return label.
International customers: You may need to cover return shipping (we’ll reimburse this upon receipt).

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds processed within 5 business days
  • Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • Amount: Full item cost minus original shipping fees

Exchanges will be shipped within 3 business days of receiving your return.

Our Sustainability Commitment
