At Organic Cloth Shop, we stand behind our sustainable products with an equally thoughtful returns policy. If your organic clothing doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re committed to making things right while minimising environmental impact.

Our Returns Philosophy

True to our values of sustainability and transparency, we’ve designed a returns process that:

  • Gives you 15 days from delivery to initiate returns
  • Uses carbon-neutral return shipping methods
  • Processes refunds efficiently while maintaining our ethical standards
  • Minimises waste by responsibly repurposing returned items

Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Organic & Recycled Socks unless they are defective or incorrect items. All other organic clothing items (shorts, shirts, sweatpants, and t-shirts) may be returned within our policy period.

Simple Returns Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Email our customer care team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you prefer an exchange or refund

Step 2: Prepare Your Package

Once approved:

  1. Repackage items in their original packaging (if possible)
  2. Include all original tags and labels
  3. Ensure items are clean and unworn
  4. Print and include the return form we email you

Step 3: Ship Your Return

We’ll provide a prepaid return label for UK customers. International customers may need to cover return shipping (we’ll reimburse this upon receipt). Ship to:

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds processed within 5 business days
  • Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • Amount: Full item cost minus original shipping fees

Exchanges will be shipped within 3 business days of receiving your return.
