About Our Products

What materials are used in your clothing?
All our products are made from certified organic materials (like organic cotton) or recycled fabrics. We never use synthetic materials that harm the environment.
Why are organic clothes better?
Organic clothing is grown without harmful pesticides, uses less water, and is better for your skin. Our recycled options help reduce textile waste while maintaining quality.
Do you offer plus sizes?
Currently we focus on standard sizing, but we’re actively working to expand our size range sustainably. Check back soon for updates!

Ordering & Account

How do I create an account?
You can create an account during checkout or through the ‘My Account’ section. We only ask for essential information to minimise data storage.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal – all through secure, encrypted payment gateways.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
To reduce waste in our process, we begin preparing orders immediately. Please email [email protected] within 2 hours of ordering and we’ll try to accommodate changes.

Delivery & Shipping

Why do you have two shipping options?
We offer Express Eco-Delivery (10-15 days) with carbon offset for urgent orders, and our free Slow & Sustainable option (15-25 days) that significantly reduces environmental impact through consolidated shipments.
Do you ship worldwide?
We ship globally except to some remote areas and parts of Asia due to logistical constraints in maintaining our sustainability standards.
Why does order processing take 1-2 days?
Each garment is hand-checked, carefully folded, and packaged in biodegradable materials at our Gloucester workshop – this conscious process takes a little longer but ensures quality and reduces waste.

Returns & Sustainability

What’s your return policy?
You may return unworn items within 15 days of receipt. All returns are either donated to clothing banks or repurposed – we never send returns to landfill.
Why can’t I return washed or worn items?
To maintain our circular sustainability model, we can only accept returns of items in original condition. This helps us responsibly manage resources and reduce textile waste.
How are your packages eco-friendly?
All parcels use 100% recycled cardboard and plant-based ink labeling. Our biodegradable sleeves protect your items without plastic waste.
